Leading and Managing Remote Workers: Practical Tools and Strategies for Success
This interactive course is designed to equip team leaders with practical tools and strategies for successfully leading and managing remote and hybrid teams. As the workforce continues to shift towards virtual work arrangements, it is crucial for people leaders to understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with managing a distributed team.
In this 2-hour course, participants will learn practical tips and best practices for leading and managing in a remote or hybrid environment, including effective communication strategies, team building and engagement, managing performance, and more.
By the end of the program participants will have gained a deeper understanding of how to lead and manage remote and hybrid teams and will have practical tools and strategies to help them navigate the challenges of managing a distributed workforce. California Uniform Retail Food Facility Law requires re-certification of competence in Food Safety and Sanitation every 5 years. Passing the ServSafe® exam is necessary to renew your certification. Training includes National Restaurant Association ServSafe® Exam, Essentials book, Answer Sheet and Certificate. This training is recognized by the California Health Department and fulfills the State of California certification obligations. Learn the importance of food safety practices and how to implement them. The trainer is State certified. Participants must register and purchase books 3 weeks before training, to allow for book delivery and self-study. Seating is limited. Prepayment reserves your seat.
