Doing just a cursory investigation into past food recalls, you’ll find that many of them are a result of failures of fundamental programs like sanitation.  History has taught us that although having an effective, documented food safety plan is important to the success of any food or beverage manufacturer, the objective of producing safe food cannot be achieved without sustained sanitation and other prerequisite programs.

In this interactive course we’ll discuss the ins and outs of sanitation, including a comparison of cleaning technologies and how to verify that your program is working properly and is effective.  Come join us, and bring your questions… let’s talk about effective sanitation!
