**Classes will take place from 10-11 am - No class if it’s raining

*Saturday February 3rd- fruit tree pruning and the shigo ring 3 step pruning method.

*Saturday February 10th - Microgreen growing- learn the tools and techniques for producing these nutritious greens.

*Saturday February 17th - Hoop house design- using innovative materials learn to build 3 types of unheated greenhouses.

*Saturday February 24th - Garden bed construction - garden bed siting/construction methods and irrigation considerations
