To better enhance the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement. NNO provides an opportunity for neighbors to come together and celebrate on the first Tuesday in August all across various cities in all fifty states, U.S. territories, and military bases. This year, the Oroville Police Department is hosting our NNO Grill and Chill Event at Rotary Park in Oroville, CA.
