As in the past, this event is held in conjunction with the Mile Long Yard Sale in downtown Oroville. Be sure to visit us and support us in our mission to preserve Butte County History!

Join us at the historic Oregon City Schoolhouse for an outdoor showing of the 80's spooky movie "Children of the Corn".

Bring your lawn chairs, blankets and snacks. We will have bottled water available.

The Schoolhouse will be open to tour from 5:30 to 6:30 pm.

Please remember, the Schoolhouse and grounds are no-smoking areas.

Common Problems Encountered with QuickBooks Desktop Accounting
Accurate bookkeeping is critical for successfully managing your business; therefore, taking the time to understand how to correctly use your accounting program is key for your business financial success.  This 2-hour workshop is for individuals who have already set up their QuickBooks Desktop system, have been working with the system for 6 months or more, and need help with ensuring that they are using the system correctly (i.e., performing the necessary reconciliations, matching and categorization properly). We will cover reconciling your bank and credit card accounts to your ledgers, problems with categorizations vs. matching vs. rules, understanding reporting and problem solving the data, cleaning up Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable anomalies and cleaning up Balance Sheet misallocations.  There will be plenty of time for questions and answers.
