Event Description


Fiesta Street Fair & Beer Garden Vendor Information

Feather Fiesta Days – Oroville’s Annual Hometown Celebration

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Fiesta Street Fair & Beer Garden, part of Feather Fiesta Days, Oroville’s week-long community celebration.

The Fiesta Street Fair & Beer Garden will take place:

Saturday, May 9, 2026
10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Parking Lot A – 1212 Myers Street, Downtown Oroville

During the same time period, several other Feather Fiesta Days activities will also be taking place throughout Downtown Oroville, including:

  • Chili Cook-Off

  • Gold Rush Car Show

  • Feather Fiesta Days Parade

  • Craft Faire at the Lott Home

  • Artist Showcase at the Oroville Convention Center

  • In the Paint (live band) at Union

  • Outdoor activities at Cultivate Power Fighting Arts

These activities help create a lively festival atmosphere and draw visitors throughout the downtown area.

Please read the following information carefully before completing your vendor registration.


Vendor Requirements & Instructions

1. Required Permits & Paperwork

All vendors must complete the Feather Fiesta Days Vendor Registration and submit payment to secure a booth space.

Business License / Seller’s Permit

Vendors must have either:

  • A City of Oroville Business License, or

  • A California Seller’s Permit

Craft, retail, and commercial vendors selling tangible goods are typically required to have a California Seller’s Permit.

Food Vendors

Food vendors must also obtain a Temporary Food Facility Permit through the Butte County Environmental Health Division and comply with all food safety regulations.


2. Booth Information & Fees

Craft / Retail / Informational Vendors

10' x 10' booth space: $75
10' x 10' corner or end space: $110

Food Vendors

10' x 10' booth space: $75

If a vendor requires more than 10' x 10' of space, additional booth spaces must be purchased during registration.


3. Event Policies & Guidelines

Payments & Application Approval

Payment must be made in advance to reserve your booth space.

Vendors will receive a confirmation email once their application has been approved.


Setup & Event Hours

Event Hours
10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Setup Times

Food Vendors: Setup begins at 7:00 AM
All Other Vendors: Setup begins at 8:00 AM

All vendors must be fully set up before the event begins.

After unloading, all vehicles must be moved to designated vendor parking areas.

Early breakdown is strictly prohibited

Breaking down before 4:00 PM may result in suspension from participating in future Oroville Economic Alliance events.


Rain or Shine Policy

The Fiesta Street Fair & Beer Garden will take place rain or shine.

Vendors should come prepared for outdoor conditions and are encouraged to bring sandbags or weights to secure canopies in case of wind.

Vendor fees are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the Oroville Economic Alliance.


Booth Space Requirements

Each vendor booth space measures 10' x 10'.

Vendors must provide their own:

  • Canopy / tent

  • Tables

  • Chairs

During registration you will be able to:

  • Select your booth space from the vendor map

  • View neighboring booth descriptions to avoid similar vendors next to each other


Generator Policy

If you plan to bring a generator:

  • It must be quiet and low-emission

  • Generators that produce excessive noise or smoke may not be permitted

Event organizers reserve the right to relocate or deny participation without refund if generator use does not meet event standards.


Non-Profit & Informational Booth Discount

Non-profit organizations or vendors only providing information (not selling goods or services) may use the discount code:

FFDINFO

This code applies a 50% discount to eligible booth registrations.

Vendors who misuse this code may be disqualified from future events.


Insurance Requirement

All vendors must list the following as additional insured on their liability insurance policy:

Oroville Economic Alliance

Proof of insurance must be submitted prior to the event.


Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverages must remain within the designated Beer Garden area.

Only pre-authorized vendors are permitted to sell alcohol.

No other vendors will be allowed to sell alcoholic beverages.


Special Requests

Please include any special requests or questions during registration (such as electricity needs).

Note: This section is not for booth space requests. Booth spaces must be selected during the registration process.


Vendor Layout Adjustments

The Oroville Economic Alliance reserves the right to make adjustments to the vendor layout due to unforeseen circumstances or in the interest of improving the overall event experience.


4. Vendor Agreement & Liability Waiver

By registering as a vendor, I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for any liability, claims, loss, damage, costs, or expenses—including attorney’s fees—resulting from any injury to persons or damage to property arising from my participation in the Fiesta Street Fair & Beer Garden during Feather Fiesta Days.

I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Oroville Economic Alliance and the Oroville Area Chamber of Commerce, including its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers, from any such claims, demands, or legal actions.
