About Victory Village
The mission of Northern California Community Development Corporation (NCCDC) DBA Victory Village is to provide a sober living environment that is safe, decent, and affordable transitional living and permanent supportive housing along with recovery services for low income, disabled, homeless, unemployed, women, minority and elderly persons with priority for disabled Veterans, and to successfully rehabilitate disabled persons suffering from drug and alcohol addiction.
