We will be talking a lot about preplanning for all types of Crisis – earthquake, flood, fire, another pandemic. and personal events … if you are the boss and what if YOU could not go to work tomorrow, what could or should happen? Leading through (and preparing for) uncertain times requires agility, empathy, and transparent communication in addition to outstanding planning skills.  Our session will help attendees plan and adapt to changing circumstances.
