The Oroville Economic Alliance (OEA) invites you to become a sponsor of the 2026 OEA Annual BBQ, an evening dedicated to celebrating our community, strengthening business relationships, and investing in Oroville's future.

Join us on Thursday, September 3, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Riffles Resort, where guests will enjoy an evening of networking, community celebration, and a delicious BBQ dinner catered by Hunter Drake Catering Inc. This signature event brings together local business leaders, elected officials, community organizations, and residents to celebrate the partnerships that help our region thrive.

As a sponsor, your organization will receive valuable recognition before, during, and after the event through a variety of marketing opportunities, including print and digital promotions, social media, event signage, the event program, website recognition, public acknowledgements, and more. Sponsorship is an opportunity to demonstrate your commitment to the Oroville community while increasing your business's visibility among local leaders, businesses, and residents.

• Title Sponsor – $7,500 (One Available)
• Visionary Sponsor – $3,500
• Community Builder – $1,750
• Festival Champion – $850
• Tourism Supporter – $450

Seating Information

The primary value of sponsorship is the promotional exposure and community recognition your organization receives before, during, and after the event. Reserved table placement is prioritized based on sponsorship level and whether a Reserved Table of 8 is included with or purchased in conjunction with a sponsorship. Sponsors whose packages include individual tickets only will receive open seating unless otherwise specified.
