Wyandotte Grange 1st Sunday Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser


Join us on the first Sunday of every month for our pancake breakfast fundraiser.
Sunday, September 1st   7:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
$8 for adults, $3 for children under 12.
Pancakes, ham, eggs, juice and coffee.

Shortz Film Festival

In our 9th Seasion, The Shortz! Film Festival is an annual international short film festival in Chico, California which showcases the best and brightest short films from around the globe. The festival accepts and screens short films with running times of 30 minutes or less in any genre.

QuickBooks Online

This workshop will focus on: Introduction to QuickBooks Online, Navigating QuickBooks Online,  Chart of Accounts, Products & Services, Vendors’ Expenses & Purchases, Time Tracking for Employees & Subcontractors, Customer Service Sales Transactions, Actual Versus Cash Basis Accounting, and other basic terminology.  A live web-based test file provided by Intuit will be used. Training will also include Federal and State e-filing. The trainer is QuickBooks ProAdvisor & CPA.  QuickBooks Online manual with functions will be provided.

Feather River Lapidary & Mineral Society Monthly Meetings

Monthly meetings allow the club members to get together and share what we have collected and made. Various experts from the area also share their knowledge. Meetings are open to the public and visitors are welcome!

  • *****Beginning March 20, 2017 the meetings will change locations to the Palermo Grange.
  • When: 6:30 p.m. every 3rd Tuesday of the Month (except September is the 2nd Tuesday so it is prior to the show)
  • Where: Palermo Grange #493, 7600 Irwin Avenue, Oroville, CA
  • PLEASE leave the area in front of doorway for members with disabilities. 
  • Bring money for the raffle--always good rocks and jewelry in the raffle!! Proceeds benefit the club.
  • Topics in the past have included: geology, suiseki, gold panning, flint knapping, fossils, wire wrapping, jade, opals, and much more!

Our monthly second Wednesday BUNCO is only $5. Wednesday, August 14th, 2019.
Game starts at 6:00 p.m. Wyandotte Grange 4910 Foothill Blvd. 530-589-5932.
Our gift shop will be open. All donations are greatly appreciated.

Oroville Aerie #196, Fraternal Order of Eagles, is having their Country Breakfast & Bake Sale.

We are serving 2 eggs how you like 'em, hash browns, biscuits & sausage gravy, your choice of ham, bacon, or sausage, juice and coffee. All for a donation of $7.00.

Location: Eagles Main Hall, 2010 Montgomery Street in beautiful downtown Oroville (on the corner of Myers and Montgomery Streets), next to the Municipal Auditorium.

Rock, Gem & Jewelry Show

This year's show will be September 21-22, 2019 in Chico, CA at the Silver Dollar Fairgrounds! Located in northern California about 1.5 hours north of Sacramento. The 2019 show will have even more vendors inside and outside and more kids activities!! Over 3,000 people attend this Rock and Gem Show!

ServSafe Food Safety Training & Certification

California Uniform Retail Food Facility Law requires re-certification of competence in Food Safety and Sanitation every 5 years. Passing the ServSafe® exam is necessary to renew your certification. Training includes National Restaurant Association ServSafe® exam, Essentials book, answer sheet and certificate.  The training is recognized by California Health Department and fulfills State certification obligations.  You will learn the importance of food safety practices and how to implement them in your business. The trainer is State certified.  Participants must register and purchase books 3 weeks before class for delivery and self-study.
