Greetings, my fellow service member :
The Exchange Club invites you and your organization to join us on August 13rd, at Bedrock Park for a BEDROCK FUN IN THE SUN - SIDEWALK CHALK & MUSIC FESTIVAL to celebrate the organizations throughout Oroville and South Butte County that provide services to the public and private citizens alike.
This is your opportunity to show off your events that take place through out the year. Display your face and invite the citizens of Oroville to come out and see what YOU do for them!
At the same time, YOU have the opportunity to talk with interested (and interesting) people that YOU find would be a good fit to help YOU with one of YOUR programs.’ It is a festive day, with prizes for sidewalk chalk competitors who show excellence and creativity.
Come and enjoy the music, food, and companionship with other service organizations and their members, and the citizens who may have no idea that YOU provide the benefits and services YOU deliver.
Bring your pop-up, we’ll supply the organization and fun. At the same time, we take back Bedrock Park for the enjoyment of all citizens of Oroville.
NO “RESERVED” SPACES - Submit your entry and the first 40 are good. Brought to you byCooperation of the members of Exchange
There is a $10 charge payable to the Oroville Exchange Club for your INFORMATION AND DISPLAY space, and add $25 if you are A VENDER SELLING THINGS
You must provide your own insurance to cover your own participation
No power at Bedrock Park, bring your own quiet generator, limited spaces (40), water, bathrooms, first aid station OPEN,
No city services PROVIDED
