Many leaders struggle to communicate in ways that inspire trust, foster collaboration, and navigate challenges effectively. This two-part series provides practical tools and hands-on strategies to strengthen clarity, empathy, and impact in daily interactions. Designed for professionals, managers, and team leaders, the course equips participants to build stronger relationships and lead with confidence.
Learning Objectives:
Trainer Bio: Jovanni Tricerri is a collaboration coach, trainer, and facilitator with over 25 years of experience bringing diverse groups together to solve complex challenges. He designs leadership programs for youth, executives, and managers, helping them lead with intention and impact. Jovanni holds degrees from Westmont College and Gonzaga University in Communication and Leadership.
