A Presentation by Mark Karr
His entrepreneurial drive and his ability to initiate and champion large scale ventures in mining and agriculture in the latter years of the 19th century left an enduring mark on the landscape, economy and history of Butte County.
Join us on Saturday, November 15th as Mark Karr gives a presentation on one of Butte CCouny's most notable historic figures.
Butte County Historical Society Museum and Event Center, 1749 Spencer Street, Oroville, California.
The program begins at 1:30 pm with a brief business meeting, followed by Mark's presentation. Refreshments will be available.
