Hazardous Materials notification and reporting requirements for Fire Department personnel who may witness or discover a Hazardous Materials Leak, spill, or discharge. Meets the requirements of CFR 29 1910.120 and CCR Title 8. This class is required for your Calif State Fire Inspector 1 Certification.

Creating an Emergency Action Plan will ensure that employees are informed of the proper procedures to take when an emergency happens, ensuring that their safety is of the utmost concern. Develop an Emergency Action Plan for you, which covers the following:

• Application
• Written and oral emergency action plans
• Minimum elements of an emergency action plan
• Employee alarm system
• Training
• Review of the emergency action plan
